1. Prepare your meal in advance
If you’re on a diet, you don’t want to eat in a restaurant or a fast food. No meal prepared by restaurant or fast food are healthy, they just focused to taste good so people will come back. 2. Eat every 3 hours
Doing so will increase your metabolism, tell your body that it’s okay to burn calories. If you take too long time between meals, your body will think that it’s starving and start storing fat. For example, a body builder and figure athlete eat every 3 hours or six times a day, and yet they have good and lean body.

3. Do not eat until you get full
When you eat until you get full, then you’ve eaten too much. Eat on frequent small portion will keep your metabolism steady and ready for the next meal. If you eat too much in one meal time, some of the food will be very likely be stored as fat, and you don’t want to eat your next meal since you’re still full.

4. Eat lean protein with each meal
Make lean protein source the center of your meal. There are many selections for food of this type: chicken breast, fish, protein powder, dairy product like cheese. Protein will keep you full longer.

5. Eat natural foods
Eat food that come from nature, not something in a box. For example: eat apple instead of drinking apple juice, another example would be grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meat. Stick to eat natural food and you’ll have hard time getting fat.

6. Do not drink beverage that contain calories
Do not drink soda or juice. For juice, most of the fruits nutrient has taken out during the process, you only left with the fruit sugar and we obviously don’t want that, we want the nutrient, the fiber, and the entire good think that should be come within it. Green tea is one of the recommended drinks, it reduce certain cancer risk and reduce body fat as well.

7. Do not have more than one cheat meal per week
A whole cheat day can nullify the progress you make in the entire week, you’ll gain more fat in a cheat day more than you’ve burn in a whole week. Just take one cheat meal in a week, only to give you mental break but not enough to damage your effort in the entire week.
